From a shared terrace to a thriving studio.
Absolute Yoga started as a small setup on a shared terrace and a passion for providing authentic yoga teaching in an urban setting. Soon we established our studio and now offer a range of yoga classes and experiences in-person and online. Our aim is to provide a calm and clean environment to our students, staying true to the values of yoga and providing an immersive experience of yoga practice.

Our classes blend traditional wisdom with accessible, modern teaching. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or taking it to the air with Aerial Yoga, we will meet you where you are. Join us for in-studio and online classes, corporate yoga sessions, community yoga sessions, retreats, and workshops, to experience yoga the right way.
