About Absolute Yoga
— Kalyan Nagar's
Authentic Yoga Studio

Absolute Yoga began with a simple commitment: to create a calm, genuine space for yoga practice in Bangalore. Over the years, that commitment has grown into a trusted studio community where students come for depth, clarity, and grounded teaching.

Absolute Yoga

More than a studio, a community

Our Story

Absolute Yoga started in 2016 as a sincere effort to offer authentic yoga teaching in an urban setting. What began as a smaller setup grew steadily through word of mouth, student trust, and a clear focus on quality over noise. The goal was never only to run classes, but to build a space where people could experience yoga in a more meaningful and consistent way.

From our studio in Kalyan Nagar, we have taught students across different ages, fitness levels, and stages of practice. Some come to improve flexibility, some to manage stress, some to reconnect with breath and routine, and many simply because they want a grounded place to keep returning to. That range has shaped who we are as a studio.

Today, Absolute Yoga offers in-studio classes, online sessions, aerial yoga, workshops, and community-led formats while staying anchored in the same teaching intent that shaped the beginning.

What has stayed constant

  • Authentic yoga teaching rooted in clarity rather than trend.
  • A calm, clean studio environment that supports focused practice.
  • Accessible guidance for both beginners and experienced students.

Meet Our Yoga Teachers

Trupti Rathi

Founder & Lead Instructor

With a decade of practice and teaching, Trupti brings warmth, depth, and discipline to every class. Her approach blends traditional Hatha, pranayama, and aerial yoga with attention to each student's pace and body type.

Breath & Movement Guide

Hatha & Pranayama

Our teaching team includes instructors who specialise in breath-led movement and beginner-friendly foundations, helping students build confidence while staying connected to the essence of practice.

Aerial Yoga Specialist

Aerial Yoga

Our aerial instruction brings playful movement and careful guidance together, making inversions, support work, and decompression accessible in a structured and safe way.

Our Philosophy

We believe yoga should be taught with integrity, not rushed into performance. That means paying attention to alignment, breath, consistency, and the individual experience of the student instead of treating every class like a one-size-fits-all workout.

At Absolute Yoga, tradition and accessibility are not opposites. We bring classical foundations into a modern schedule and a city lifestyle without diluting the practice. Students are encouraged to move with awareness, build gradually, and stay connected to the deeper value of yoga beyond the pose itself.

What guides our teaching

  • Breath before intensity
  • Progress through consistency
  • Personal attention where it matters
  • Yoga as practice, not performance

Why Absolute Yoga

A studio students stay with
